Willow Park Lodge are looking to recruit a domestic assistant to join our team, the successful applicant will have the highest standards of cleanliness and will be naturally compassionate towards our residents and their families.
You will be required to work on your own and as part of a team so must be self motivated to complete your work to the high standards Athena Healthcare Group sets and maintains.
You will need to complete deep cleans and work to the colour coding system in place at Abbey Wood Lodge, the successful candidate will have an understanding of COSHH & Health & Safety.
You must always ensure your domestic trolley is safe and not left unattended, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to accurately report and breakages you notice to your line manager.
This position is full time and you will work on part of a rota system.

Willow Park Lodge are looking for an experienced Senior Health Care Assistant who has worked with elderly people some of which will be living with advanced stages of dementia. Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 we are seeking an individual with a proven background in this field. As a new, purpose-built care home, this will be an excellent opportunity for an individual to experience state of the art care home facilities with a leading provider.
The successful candidate will be required to run their floor of residents ensuring they are kept safe at all times. You will be working with and leading a team of healthcare assistants allocated to your floor. You will be responsible for organising their duties for the night shift and allocating this resource effectively and safely throughout your shift. You will be in charge of administering medication to the residents on your floor whilst ensuring documentation is maintained and updated whilst acting as the first port of call for resident updates and liaisons with external professionals when required.
There will be other seniors or medication champions working within the Lodge which acts as additional team support to you when required.
